Everyone loves to make resolutions for the new year, but these resolutions become increasingly hard to keep as time goes on. If there was ever a time to make major or little changes in your life, it would be at the start of the new year. Even the smallest changes can greatly impact your life. 3. Make goals that are attainable and something that you actually want to change. Most of us know what we need to change in order to make a true impact on our live, but we may not always be willing to make that change yet. So if you aren’t ready to make a big change, start out with something small and eventually you’ll be able work up to the major change you want to make. That small change could be just what you needed to open up the door to other changes that need to be made!
