Spring is right around the corner and a lot of exciting things are ahead of us! Itfs time to hang up those winter coats and bust out the sandals and tanks and start preparing for some amazing weather.
Daylight savings time is coming up quick! Make sure to set your clocks ahead on March 11th at 2:00 AM.
There are some resident events coming up this month as well. We will be having events like Taco Tuesday and Waffle Wednesday, to stay updated on when we will be having these events and make sure to follow us on Instagram @catalystfsu.
As the weather starts to warm up, make sure you are utilizing our rooftop sundeck to catch some rays and take advantage of our luxury resort style pool if you need to cool off. We also have plenty of seating around the pool and cabanas if you and your friends are wanting to hangout or just relax and enjoy the beautiful view.
Spring Break is also this month! So make sure you stay safe, use plenty of sunscreen, and have fun!

With the start of February, don’t forget that Valentine’s Day is coming up! This means that we’ll be having some awesome holiday events for our residents. Everyone loves to make resolutions for the new year, but these resolutions become increasingly hard to keep as time goes on. If there was ever a time to make major or little changes in your life, it would be at the start of the new year. Even the smallest changes can greatly impact your life. With the New Year right around the corner, we have some tips to make sure you keep your New Year’s resolutions and turn them into healthy habits:
1. Keep a bullet journal or a log of your daily activities. Bullet journals can help you keep track of healthy habits like: studying, exercising, and sleeping. They are completely customizable so you can include whatever you want! These journals can help you kick your bad habits for good and turn your resolutions into the healthy habits you need!
2. Make resolutions with your friends. If you guys are all working together to achieve a certain goal, you can ensure that no one falls behind. Also your friends are your best motivators! They know how to push you in the right way to help you accomplish anything. Besides, what could be more fun than conquering the new year with your besties by your side?
3. Make goals that are attainable and something that you actually want to change. Most of us know what we need to change in order to make a true impact on our live, but we may not always be willing to make that change yet. So if you aren’t ready to make a big change, start out with something small and eventually you’ll be able work up to the major change you want to make. That small change could be just what you needed to open up the door to other changes that need to be made!
